Toro

Don't be fooled by the picture. This is not Wagyu beef. It is another Japanese delicacy. Toro is the belly of blue fin tuna fish. It is sold as expensive as Wagyu beef and usually eaten raw in sashimi or sushi.

Kobe Beef

Kobe beef are eaten many ways in Japan. Sashimi style, lightly grilled on the outside over open fire is my favourite. The fat will melt and crave smokey flavour to the meat. YUMMY!!! I recommend not to eat it more than medium rare in cooking.

Kobe Beef from Japan

Will you pay so much for a slice of beef? Kobe beef is a premium meat sold in Japan. The Japanese cattle is well known for its luxury treatment. It is feed with beer, sake, given massage and listen to music to relax their muscle. What a life!
